Ribs with black garlic barbecue sauce

Ingredients:

1.5 kg spare ribs

Slow cooking sauce

½ cup ketchup

¼ cup strong mustard

¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup of sriracha

¼ cup worceshire sauce

¾ cup water

Barbecue sauce

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup strong mustard

2 tbsp soy sauce

4 drops of liquid smoke

8 cloves of China black garlic

Preparation:

In a measuring cup, mix together the ketchup, the strong mustard, the soy sauce, the sriracha and the Worceshire sauce (slow cooking sauce).

Then add the water gradually.

In the slow cooker, place the spare ribs and the slow cooking sauce.

Set the slow cooker for four hours.

In a bowl mix the ketchup, the strong mustard, the soy sauce, the liquid smoke and the black garlic (barbecue sauce).

Remove the spare ribs from the slow cooker and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

With a brush or the back of a spoon, spread the sauce over the spare ribs.

Grill 2 minutes each side on the barbecue or cook for 10 minutes in the oven at 450 ° F.
