Oven-roasted garlic, sage and black garlic

Ingredients:

2 bulbs Quebec garlic

2 pinches black garlic powder

2 pinches sage

1 tsp. olive oil

Salt and pepper


Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Cut the top of the garlic bulbs (where the stem is) so that all the cloves are exposed. Cut off the excess roots, so that the bulb is stable and straight. Place the garlic bulbs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour olive oil over the exposed garlic cloves, then sprinkle with sage, black garlic, add salt and pepper to taste. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until a fork easily passes through the cloves. Enjoy on croutons or on bread!
