Grilled black garlic corn on the cob

Ingredients:

4 corn on the cob

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. black garlic powder

2 pinches of paprika

50 g butter

Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation:

Remove the leaves from the corn on the cob. Immerse the corn in boiling water and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and make sure the water evaporates completely. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, black garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat the corn with the preparation.


Brown the corn on the cob over medium-high heat on the barbecue. Remove from heat and coat the corn with butter.
