½ tsp black garlic powder
2 pinch paprika
1 tsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375 ° F.
Rinse the pumpkin seeds using a colander.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the pumpkin seeds.
Put in the oven for 5 minutes to evaporate the excess water.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven then add the black garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Cook for 20 minutes or until the pumpkin seeds are lightly browned, being careful to stir every 5 minutes.
