Ingredients:
2 medium tomatoes
3 cloves Quebec black garlic
2 tsp minced garlic
5 chive stalks
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp olive oil
Juice of half lemon
Salt and peper
Preparation:
Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm cubes. Drain the diced tomatoes using a sieve or colander. In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, coarsely chopped black garlic, minced garlic, finely chopped chives, oregano, olive oil, and the juice of half a lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy with your favorite croutons!
